A coal chemical enterprise in Xinjiang used multiple sets of reverse osmosis membrane systems to treat the circulating wastewater of the workshop and the wastewater from the backwash of chemical water,which has the characteristics of high hardness and high conductivity.Treatment process is coagulation sedimentation - Multi-media filter - Disc filter - Ultrafiltration - Reverse osmosis membrane system,the processing capacity of the reverse osmosis membrane system is 400m³/h,the system water production is used to make up the cooling cycle tower.

In June 2020, their workshop replaced imported membrane "PROC10",which originally used in the reverse osmosis membrane system.All replaced to KeenSen star product “BW-8040FR” reverse osmosis membrane,total 432pcs.After installed and debugged,and 168hours continuous operation,all datas meet their water requirements of the workshop,highly satisfied by customers.
